Along with that the house is spacious and a place you can feel comfortable in and enjoy living. Terezinha and Harrison were friendly and prompt with any questions, comments or concerns. "Both the property and landlords are much more than is to be expected for any student accommodations. Having lived in a number of student houses, this was by far the best experience for many different reasons. Location was amazing, nice and quiet area with a community swimming pool and a tennis court a stone's throw down the street . Right beside major bus routes and the grocery store couldn't be much closer. The property itself is incredible; family and friends could barely believe it was a student property. "The Beechwood neighbourhood was a wonderful reprieve from campus. I remember seeing a lot of wildlife, from red squirrels (not that common any more) to wild turkeys. There are some nice bike routes in the area, and getting to campus on foot, by bike or by bus is very easy. H & T were very responsive and respectful landlords. Highly recommended." - Kurtis, Toronto
